For the third time in his career and for a second straight year, LA Galaxy goalkeeper Matt Lampson has been named the MLS WORKS Humanitarian of the Year. The 2019 award, announced Tuesday, recognizes Lampson’s continued work with the LampStrong Foundation.
LampStrong Foundation, President & Minnesota United FC Goalkeeper, Matt Lampson, has been named the 2018 MLS WORKS Humanitarian of the Year presented by Advocare. This is the first time in League history that a player has won this award twice.
Matt Lampson and the LampStrong Foundation was proud to host to Heroes at the 2017 MLS All-Star match where the MLS All-star took on Real Madrid at Solider Field in Chicago, IL. Special thanks to Major League Soccer for making it possible.
