LampStrong Summer Camp Grant Program
New for 2021
The LampStrong Foundation is now accepting applications for the Summer Camp Grant Program.
Pediatric Cancer Patients in treatment or post-treatment can apply to attend the summer camp of their choice. The LampStrong Foundation is focused on providing support for pediatric cancer patients and their families. This program is new for the summer of 2021. Applicants will be reviewed and contacted if selected.
Post-Match Hero Program
2013-2019
Starting in 2013, Matt Lampson partnered with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society to host a Hero and their family at Crew Stadium for matches. Towards the end of each match, the family is escorted to field-level to meet Matt after the match.
This has been so successful that the program not only continued for 2014 but it expanded to home and away matches. Special thanks to the following Columbus Crew SC for organizing and the following MLS teams that have participated and assisted the families in the various markets: D.C. United, Seattle Sounders, San Jose Earthquakes, Sporting Kansas City, Houston Dynamo, Portland Timbers, Colorado Rapids, New York Red Bulls, New England Revolution and Chicago Fire.

LampStrong Foundation Kick Cancer Cup

The LampStrong Foundation is hosting the Inaugural Kick Cancer Cup with local celebrities, former OSU Athletes and former Crew SC players. Current Crew SC players will be in also be attending this event. All proceeds from the Kick Cancer Cup benefit the LampStrong Foundation's mission, vision and pillars.
